PikPok Warranty Policy
At PikPok, we are committed to delivering the highest quality and performance in our pickleball paddles.
Limited 12-Month Warranty:

All PikPok paddles come with a limited 12-month structural warranty that covers manufacturer defects and workmanship. This includes coverage for core materials, deformation, and delamination.

To be eligible for the warranty, registration is required. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim. Bank or credit card statements may be used as proof.

All paddles are thoroughly inspected by our independent distribution contractor prior to shipping. Any factory defects discovered upon arrival must be reported to PikPok with photographic evidence before the paddle is used. The handle’s plastic wrap must still be intact for the warranty to be valid.

PikPok reserves the right to determine whether a paddle is covered by our warranty and whether to replace it.

Warranty claims on replacement paddles are not covered.

If a warranty claim is approved, a replacement paddle will be issued within 10 business days of the defective paddle’s arrival at our inspection facility.

Paddles purchased from authorized retail partners require a receipt and proof of purchase with the purchase date.
What is Not Covered by the Warranty?

Normal wear and tear, misuse, and negligence, including damage to the grip, edge guard, face, and core materials.

Edge damage on edgeless paddles (protective edge guard tape is recommended).

Use of the paddle in temperatures below 40°F (5°C).

Any modifications made to the paddle after purchase.

Fading of graphics and general wear and tear of face materials.
-
Rattling that does not impact performance.
-
Use in commercial settings or for rentals.

Paddles sold as demos or second-grade blemished paddles.
-
Non-original purchasers and paddles purchased from unauthorized dealers.

Paddles won as prizes or in giveaways.
-
Paddles purchased outside of the PikPok website without proof of purchase from an authorized retail partner.
PikPok Return Policy
Paddles:

Customers have 30 calendar days from the original purchase date to return an item, subject to the conditions below.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Policy (Returns Within 30 Days):

Within 7 Days: Full refund on paddles returned in as-new condition with original packaging. Paddles returned with blemishes due to use may be rejected or incur a minimum 20% processing fee.

After 7 Days and Before 30 Days: A 20% restocking fee applies to paddles returned in as-new to lightly used condition. Damaged paddles will not be accepted. “Damaged” is defined as paddles with removed or stained grips, scuffed or cracked edge guards, scratches, dents, or any signs of heavy use as determined by PikPok. PikPok reserves the right to refuse return requests at its discretion.

Paddles returned in damaged condition will not be eligible for a refund. You may choose to have the paddle returned to you at your own cost after inspection.

Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days from the arrival of the returned item.
Warranty Claim:

To file a warranty claim, please email a short video clip clearly showing the defect along with your proof of purchase and paddle serial number to hello@pikpokpickle.com.

You will receive an email response within one week (note that customer service is unavailable on weekends). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return or warranty claim to be processed. If approved, replacement paddles are shipped once a week.
